About Me

I began my training in psychology and NLP over 20 years ago. Since then I have explored many modalities across the spectrum of wellness and personal development. I have found that a combination of breathwork and coaching is one of the most powerful ways to help people move forward, feel stronger, and get through life’s challenges.

Through breathwork and coaching, I support you to unwind your nervous system, gain clarity and discover the path forward. I hold space for you without judgment. Sessions involve a deep exploration – beyond willpower and goal setting – to tap into a more abundant and powerful version of yourself.
