What a session looks like
A lot can happen in a single session if you just want a tune up. Or we you may choose to go deeper over multiple sessions.
The combination of somatic nervous system support with deep mindset work is what sets this practice apart, and the key to lasting transformation.
Every session looks and feels different as we unwind your nervous system, and move towards clarity, peace and freedom. Sessions include breathwork, somatic exercises, and insightful coaching conversations.
Somatic release
Breathwork
Guided breathwork is a portal to transform and release old cycles and emotions at the somatic level. There are hundreds of ways you can use your breath, and each has an effect on your nervous system and on how you think and feel.
Your body and your nervous system store the emotions and effects of everything that’s ever happened to you. So it makes sense that your body also holds the key to release, transformation, and growth.
Moving through life with a resilient nervous system gives you far greater access to your innate clarity, stability and wisdom.

My coaching is focussed on helping you create real, meaningful, positive change in your life. This goes beyond just ‘feeling empowered’ or ‘thinking positively’. I support you to move with clarity through the challenges in your life. And to move out of repeating cycles that are keeping you feeling ‘stuck’.
Coaching is not therapy. I am not treating or diagnosing mental health conditions. Together we move you through present-day challenges, and help you achieve your goals.
My coaching is at the neuronal, root-cause level, not relying on willpower alone. I will guide you to look below the surface, identify blind spots, find clarity, and take decisive action towards meaningful change.
