Duration:

Sessions run for approximately 90 minutes.

This is deep work, which does not usually resolve in a single session. I suggest you plan for at least three sessions so you have space to begin making a real shift in your relationship with family.


All sessions are designed to be supportive, practical, and deeply transformative.
