But nothing quite resolves the tenseness between you, or the upset feelings inside you.
Families can be complex: each person playing out patterns that were formed long ago.

How we work together:
Regulate Your Nervous System
Your body holds the imprint of past experiences. Through guided breathwork and somatic exercises, you’ll learn how to shift out of stress responses and into a calm, grounded state from which to respond.
Let go of old Patterns
We explore the emotional patterns that have kept you stuck, and we release them from your mind and your body.
Rebuild Self-Trust & Boundaries
You’ll learn how to honour your needs, set boundaries that feel aligned, and stay connected to yourself even when others push back.
Transform Communication & Conflict
You will build and practice a toolkit for conflict resolution and new ways of relating to family and others.

Duration:
Sessions run for approximately 90 minutes.
This is deep work, which does not usually resolve in a single session. I suggest you plan for at least three sessions so you have space to begin making a real shift in your relationship with family.
All sessions are designed to be supportive, practical, and deeply transformative.
